Get rid of this  rediculous  option  ...........  there's no  concede  putt  of any other type shot in stroke play  .....  if  competing  against others  it seems completely  ludidrous that  this option is available  .... The idea  was  i'm sure with good intentions  , howevver very few people  are aware of the proper etiquette  while using this option. Also it causes more problems  than it's good for . I't   locks people to the game  even if its not their shot .  So  no getting up  to get a beverage or  for any other reason,  cuz god forbid you miss conceding  a putt  ...  people go crazy  ............

It's not right  GET RID  of it ........ all in favour say  I

Haha.....We really pi$$ed in yer Cornflakes this time huh Gary ? I agree it is a stupid option and should be eliminated. The theory is it speeds up game play, but actually it often delays  the game when a Legend or TL sits on a 2 ft. putt waiting for a concede while the button guy is away getting a beer or having a pi$$. Hit the fkn ball ! If you're afraid of a 2 footer then it's time to look at knitting as a hobby.

For those that play the real game of golf......When does anyone say " pick it up " with any putt over 6" ? ........ Bring it predictable ones !     R

There are far more putts conceded that should not be like a 2 foot little down hill slider with some break that can easily be missed than putts that should be conceded and are not. There is some gamesmanship to it as well. If it is for bogey to halve on say the 3rd hole sure concede it but for birdie on the last hole to win? No make them putt that one. Bottom line is if it is really a gimmie then its in either way.

Either way is fine with me.  But i have the other team saying i will concede when it is to there advantage only.  (after we agreed at start to concede 2 and under)  Don;t say you will then you don't !! you are nothing but a piss ant if you do this.

I do not agree to conceding a putt at any given distance when asked to do so in the main lobby. I just say....leave it up to the individual to concede at their discretion or not at all. After all, there are many holes where a 2 foot putt can be damn hard to make ( 5 and 6 Merion for example).

Conceding a putt is not a rule or a right , it is a consideration offered by an opponent and implemented at their discretion. I've played in many alts that went into extra holes where no concede is available, and have seen many games end with a 2 or 3 footer lip out ! ( Often  coming off the end of my stupid worthless piece of crap putter ).   ;)        R

I have over 4000 alt games. Never have been asked to concede a putt. CC is an option and will remain such till the end of the world.

Well.....I have played in about 6600 alts and have asked for an opponent to concede a putt to me probably at least twice per game.....Unfortunately most are friends that have seen me putt, so they never do. Soo  thats likely about 13000 requests/ rejections , not to mention the countless matchplay games where I asked and was rejected also.......Sniff

Most of my friends are heartless bazztards and hootches, but I keep them anyway. LoL  R.

It's only a game.  The 3 other buds I usually play with I've known for 8 years.  No biggie if 1 guy is away & didn't concede.  Life goes on, if I miss the putt or not.  I'm not going to lose any sleep over it and delete them from my friends list.  Just MHO.

I don't go by distance.  I go by ease.  I'll probably concede a perfectly flat 4 foot putt and I might make you putt a 3 footer that's downhill with a nasty break.

Conceding is a reciprocal.  If you make me putt what I think is a gimme, be prepared to take every putt you're given, even if it's 4 inches.

Then prepare for mockery when I beat you.
