    Hi Johnny,

Yes, a card, BIG hug and a kiss :) Totally agree that's all he wants but nice to open something too.

I know a dozen yellow golf balls would make my day,  that or a case of beer lol.

But,  this Sunday just so happens to be my oldest daughter's 16th b'day so I just want to survive that day as a father's day gift to me.  ;-)

I received a paternity letter one time...turned out to be the most expensive gift i ever received ...lol

Your question is genuine in its' intent, but remiss of important details. Does he have a particular interest that could be enhanced by a certain gift? Do you have a large or small budget? What type of gifts have you gotten him in the past? Is he sentimental, or more practical?

I could go on, but you get the point. I am not sentimental, so cards, gifts etc, mean very little to me. A simple HFD is fine by me.

Perhaps if you asked your mother, she may have some ideas...she knows him best, no?

Anyway, I'm certain anything you get him will suit him just fine.:)

OMG, my youngest turns 21 in Sept, I have less than 3 months to go and my insurance goes down 25%....for 5 years they have picked up the payments at gun point wearing a mask, they said I could just pay them online come Sept!

Here is a little tip that works your Ins Co won't tell you about unless your agent happens to be a good friend like mine is....If you have an older car(or buy one) that you can put just liability ins on, put the 16yr old on that as a part time driver, it will save you a fortune and she is still insured on all of your vehicles....

When my wife passed away, my agent told me in a few months they will realize she had passed, and reassign my 2 under 21 daughters to a vehicle...well they did and my insurance more than doubled LOL
