  Group 2, Game 3, Match 2

  DrinksBreak (Pete) is the winner over MRM6400 (Michael)

   

  Played my match with Pete today.  I did not play my best game and lost my match.

  Score was :

  Pete 43

  Michael 41 (-2 handicap) = 39

  As for the CTTH here is what we did :

  Hole 7 --- Forget about it we both were not even close.

  Hole 12- Me nothing to mention but Pete hit a good one with 10' even.  He missed eagle but got birdie.

  Hole 17 :  Me 5.3 per Screenshot , Pete nothing to mention.

  I was all over the place as meter was inconsistent.  I played through it best I could but it just was not in the cards today.

  Pete made four instant replay shots.  Had a couple of bunker shots that could have been a disaster but he hit em close everytime. 

  Very enjoyable match except for the outcome.

  Thanks for the opportunity. Good luck to everyone as we move forward in the World Cup.

  Group 4, Game 3 Result:

  SEL Tiger Moths vs No Quitters

  xxDannyxxO(35) vs Kelsp(46-2 =44)

  Kelsp(No Quitters) wins.

  Excellent to meet & play Danny, very nice lad. Had a good time talking & playing, he deserved better luck with his putter.

  Kelsp was 2.6' away on the 7th but I forgot that we were taking CTTH for 7th & didn't take screenshot LOL. What a muppet.

  Yes agree with Kelsp regarding 7th CTTH but i think in vain as need screenshot proof.

  anyway onto the game started nervously & pretty soon became apparant that i was up against it here .as KP started rolling the birds in i think we both struggled with ding shots

  mine were just worse at end of day .

  excellent company & didnt mind losing to such a nice guy.

  hence what makes the world cup great meet new buddies learn new tricks

  so thx finny for putting in the time & effort to do this.

  once again congrats on KP for the win & nice to meet you.

  Group 1 game 5 round 3 result ;

  Well what a very close contest that was , KYSUNLOVER shot -13 (49points)  i was right on his heels with a 37 points lol, he was a class above me.

  Enjoyed the game Pete. It was a pleasure. Especially the putting lessons.

  After the round, I went to the parking lot, laid my putter on the ground, got in my car and ran over it 17 times for every putt I missed. 

  Taking your advice, I parked my car, got out and hurled what was left of my putter as far into the bay as possible.

  I feel better now.
