When I was out air-atein' me fairways for the spring sunshine, this common feller came across something that is not of this earth - paranormal black gooze - best a feller can describe it.

    Hi - I am Yancy

Come and listen to a story about a man named Yancy
A poor mountaineer, feeding his family was a bit chancy,
Then one day he was shootin at some food,
And up through the ground came a bubblin crude.

Oil that is, black gold, Texas tea.

Well the first thing you know ol Yancy's a millionaire,
Kinfolk said "Yancy move away from there"
Said "Californy is the place you ought to be"
So they loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly.

Hills, that is. Swimmin pools, movie stars.

Well Yancy, common man and such, after watching that there videya of Yancyland Par 2.5 with all that black gooze and whatnot, I done and called up Peter Voser, CEO of Shell Oil - but being a google-learned common man you already knew who Pater Voser is.  Anyway, I done and called him up and I told him, I said "Our Mr Yancy has got some black gooze on his Yancyland Par 2.5.  He found it when he was airating and whatnot, gettin' ready fer the summer rush of crowds".  Well, Mr Voser was all up in arms and whatnot and such and he's flying out to Yancyland to see this gooze fer himself as I write.

Just one thing, he didn't ask where Yancyland is, an' I di'n't tell him, so it may take him a while acomin'.

Who needs the lottery when you have the gold mine (or oil field in this case) called Yancyland.

Or  a punctured oil pipeline. Then his par 2.5 course will be dug up to repair the pipeline. Or his course was built on what is called a slush pit. A slush pit is where the water that is pumped up with the oil in an oil well is drained off. A small portion of the oil remains in the water and it is a nasty looking pit. If the well runs dry the pit is filled in with dirt and covered up but occasionally some of them start seeping through the ground if the ground has been disturbed like it would be during aeration. I saw these things many tyimes growing up as I worked with my dad in the summer . He worked as an oil pump operator/ repairman.
