If they truely do that Jim then I agree. However I bet that this is a move away from the HD courses except the 2 they have agreed to do.

They need the money, club, balls etc don't pay the rent.  The ready go and MPC 'juice' has to go away soon due to the gambleing regulations.

So anyway, I'm sitting here in my Christina Aguilera series tube socks and Hello Kitty panties (on backwards of course),, getting ready for another exciting day of fake golfing.. The middle of room I sit in near silence with only the warm buzz of the laptop to keep me company.. Have my usual circle of candles lit up around me... 10 candles to be exact,,,,,, 10 fiery symbols of heat in which Ive internally dedicated to the online game I love so dearly,,,,, WGT....

Well, a little off the subject here but each one of these fiery symbols seem to cost me about a buck fitty,,, which also in turn seems to be the same amount that you guys are wanting to charge me now for green fees.. I'll pay your $1.50 fee but I don't know how the f*** you expect me to only play with 9 candles.

    Love,  joN

PS. Is it ok can you guys take the voodoo curse off my account now..? tY :)

    Petra here,

    This is my two pesos.

Fine, good and dandy. WGT have given us another course. It's a bit basic, but I just had a go at the CTTH, it was fine.

They have stated on this thread that current WGT courses and the future ones for this year will be free.

So, they have given us something extra. If you don't like it, don't play.

They have asked for comments and they have got a rection that is bordering on ill-mannered. The earlier poster were having tantrums FFS.

Now, will they full up WGT with trugolf courses, who knows. But it could work well as follows:

    1) Keep developing HD course for WGT

    2) Look at issues like the meter.

    3) Perhaps use Trugolf to give a sneak peak of a WGT golf in the pipeline

    4) Keeps the dull newbies from starting 'New Courses' threads.

I would say the green fee issue is a biggie. I would suggest WGT scale down the charges to say 60 Credits for 18 and 30 for the 9 AND add them to the RGs occasionally at those prices.

I think some long serving members are miffed at what they see as WGT wasting their time with an add on like this rather than fixing long term issues and rolling out Premium courses. TBF they have a point.

If I were WGT I would be concerned at this FBI attack on the poker sites. I would also look to make this a FREE/Subscription based site and remover the RGs. But then you will still get the moaners and tightwads whining about having to pay credits Blah, Blah, Blah.

'Something for nothing and your chicks for free'

Nice idea WGT, worth a try, probably doesn't merit the vitriol from people that should know better. They must think that their customers are a bunch of ungrateful bar stewards at times.

Plus, St Georges has been thrown into the mix. Happy Days.

What if WGT moved domains to Europe?

Desperation has apparently set in bigtime.   Reminds me of Utour when I played that for a couple of years.   Got more and more Mickey Mouse looking for a dollar anywhere to stay afloat.  Then poof disappeared in the middle of the night in true scumbag fashion.

I thought this was at least a more reputable organization but here we go with the downward trends all pointing to WGT being on some shaky financial ground.

Why on earth would they put this junk up if they weren't.   They don't listen to their customers as has been well established  and now saying they have done so with this crap is laughable(as is the fact a couple of players actually said it was good work).

If the financial shite is around the corner and WGT is due to collapse, be careful of any subscription offers then.

    Monthly fine. No probs.

If WGT start offering yearly membership or lifetime membership, stay well clear.

Seriously, clubs & balls don't pay the rent?  WGT is making MILLIONS of dollars from this site just on players. That does not include SPONSERS & ADS who's presence has created the 'meter' issue.  How much do you pay a month for rent?  How much is enough?

This is blatant GREED, and it has obviously backfired.

.....Another piece of the pie for whoever's doing the finance planning. Growth.....I suggested earlier that WGT was compromising a standard of excellence. Maybe they're not. Maybe they just found a way to get into EA's knickers

whoever's/EA's knickers? Why would WGT want to get into EA's knickers when the new Marketing consultants/analysis/business associates are directly/indirectly employed by EA?

Rumor control, rumor control somebody call rumor control....lol
