I have no problem with a company making a profit, since that is what they are in business for. However, to continue to promise us more courses and then finally get one only to tell us it will be 100/9 holes and 150/18 holes is ridiculous. I already play tiger woods online golf and there are close to 30 courses and you have to pay a green fee to play courses now that they are no longer a beta, but if you pay a one time yearly fee (29.95) to become a member, you can play all of the courses you want for free. If you don't want to do that then you can just buy credits and play rounds as you wish by paying a green fee. However the most expensive one is 200 credits while most are between 15 and 50 credits for 18 holes.

No "careful" about it. :)  You actually do have to Pay to contact him or Cheng through LinkedIn because they pay for InMail privileges like most rich LI members do which means you must Upgrade your LinkedIn account and Pay for the privilege of InMail in order to contact other members with InMail.  And even if you do send them an InMail, of course there is no guarantee they would even reply.  Kinda like WGT; its' FREE and you can contact anyone in LinkedIn but if you're rich, you buy InMail rights to prevent the riffraff from bothering you.  And as other owners of various profitable enterprises, they are *virtually impossible to contact unless you want to give them $ome money.  (*pun intended.)

LinkedIn is the biggest Business Networking site on the Internet and no surprise, they too do not listen to its Members.  Only the Wealthy can contact the Wealthy and they actually do everything in their power to prevent most members from 'freely' contacting other members or NETWORKING duh. :)  It's almost hilarious and completely contradicts the principle of "networking" but there you go.

We vote with our credits!  HD, golf simulator, green fees...its our choice so PAY ATTENTION.  Remember, those that are not paying attention get to vote as well.

I already suggested the "poll" option earlier but if Chad doesn't listen or read or care that 99% of the members responding to this topic alone are disgruntled; then he sure as heck isn't going to allow Polling so that the Majority of members can also air their disagreements about a myriad of other things.  Although, for all we know, maybe he gets a chuckle over all the disgruntled forum musings.  Even I get a chuckle seeing the hundreds of members wasting their breath as it were, complaining in this forum mostly legitimately even though it always lands on deaf ears and includes laughing at my own self for doing so.  What an utter waste of time? :)

    Jesus people.....get over it.

WGT has put out another option for players.  You want to pay to play??  Fine.  YOUR choice.  WGT is, in my mind trying to create another financial stream.  Some people will be more than willing to pay whatever the cost to play the course.  They will help WGT with a new cash stream.  Cash equals profits....profits equals reinvestment.   Let WGT put as many TruGolf sims online as they want.  And let the great unwashed masses flock to them and pay whatever cost WGT charges.  The rest of us can continue to play on the HD courses and eventually, the newness will wear off and people will quit paying or an entirely new group will emerge that like those courses.  Thus, creating a new cash stream that will be used to add new HD courses and improvements to the existing courses....i.e. more pin placements, velcro fringe fix, wind direction fix.

In the meantime....I will continue to play on the HD courses....and avoid the TruGolf sims like the plague.  I will continue to post on the forums, giving my opinions and stating my hopes for improvements....Like CC 4some tourneys, Alt shot match play, skins tourneys, option to watch matches and not participate....

Hopefully, one day I will get my wish.

I think thats the best you can do.

Playing Mickey Mouse courses for cash and having a very slow site at the same time.

    Shame on you WGT.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL, too funny!

But on the matter on WGT not listening or caring about what members have to say, I do not agree. Their latest -- unfortunately misguided -- effort testifies to that.

Let us not lapse into pure cynicism.
