    Not necessarily . Could be though . Or he just needs the right environment . Maybe not . But if he wants to golf and learn the game there are CC's in which he could find his game .

  and there are rules by which he can lose his game. Sounds more like a rehab than a CC, lol.

  Tranquil Gardens CC.....where multi's can convene in groups with all their accounts, where every shot is in the garden spot, where everyone wins everyone's credits, where the hacks play like legends and the legends just start over again......Tranquil Gardens CC......a haven for the multi in you.
