pdb1: Me neither . But I first had a different response there and thought better of it and replaced it with a poor excuse .
Well fair play to you, I do that from time to time, a case of post in haste & repent at leisure. But post editing allows one to communicate ones change of opinion when one has had the benefit of mature reflection, whether that occurs from Buddhist meditation or just sobering up then it is all good.
I tend to be a shoot from the hip person, however my extremely witty responses on threads do not have the benefit of my humorous tone of voice, or knowing wink to aid the reader to fully appreciate the humor.
I had a guy make a huge issue out of a comment I made (you know who u are) & when I pointed out it was merely a joke he furiously posted that I should have put "LOL" at the end of the comment. When I pointed out that I had ended the post with the line "hahaha", he insisted that wasn't good enough to indicate that it was a joke & may be misunderstood as me laughing at the original poster (perish the thought) -
Long story short he is on my blocked list now & I am probably on his .... sigh
