This is not a money winner so may be of no interest to you.

Many of your players are happy to pay money to progress their enjoyment of the game and obviously you are in business to make money. Many of your players presumably do make money playing the game.

I have no money and I understand in order to make it attractive to those that have, something has to give somewhere ie; paupers like me have to put up with the stupidities that we do to make it worth while for others to pay to smooth them out.

Would it be possible to make a version of the game for people who can not pay on the basis that they could not play for reward, just for enjoyment.

The game is by far the best graphically and I often have spells of enjoyment but they are always marred by the wind miraculously stopping for a second or my 3 wood stops stone dead on a level green or the meter that has behaved perfectly all the round suddenly starts behaving like a demented kangaroo. I know all these things are entirely the product of my own inexpertise or the vagaries of my awful computer as your paying players are so happy to tell anyone who suggests differently. You however know the truth.

It is just a suggestion. A free version of the game but with just the ordinary clubs and none of the impediments applied to make it easier for those with money.

Maybe it is a silly idea as I suppose even some of the high flyers might decide to just play for free.

You can't expect more investment in a no-revenue part of the game than there is - it's clearly a magnet to attract people to spend their money for their leisure.

But, the free-to-play part is included in this game - just play it!

If you like MP games, just look for friends in similar situation to play with them (maybe from your country?), or join or start a "Free Game" CC!

Hint: It's possible to search CCs by country - just take care that they are active!

Although you have no money you can still play and have fun . Also you can apply your self and earn your way . Your account is going on 3 years old and you havent made or saved any money in the same amount of time ? The free version you seek is called stroke play practice rounds .

In practice mode you can pick tees wind and also green speeds . Scores dont count you can use the mulligan feature and rehit shots over and over and you can also create a practice round and invite friends to play . Now as for the game deviations yeah some of them are stupid and the fluctuating meter is supposed to be for combating the auto-dinger per se.

You can also create practice rounds for M/P A/S and whatever else you may wish to play . So there you go the answer to your dilemma..The only other answer that I have for you is that you need to get a hustle and make some money . Save your change and pay as you go . Do whatever offers that you can to earn credits and buy better clubs from doing so .

Do yourself a favor and take a look at Lonniescott's tier and stats. Then ask him how much he has spent on this game to get there.

Hint:  Starts with Z and ends with O.  ;-)

Unfortunately Handy is in Thailand which may limit access to much of the "free" credits available to those of us in the States or western Europe. For many of the citizens of countries where the advertising or surveys give fewer credits, the only way to gain credits without using cash is to compete for them in tournaments. And only at the lowest tiers will the winners be players with starter equipment. Handy and many others have entered that catch 22 realm where they must spend money they don't have to be able to win money to support their addiction or be destined to play with lesser quality equipment  until they give up the game.

Setting up a VPN and making it look like one is in the US wouldn't work?
