AvatarLee: Jim, have a peek at my setup (only changed the irons) I'm still liking the spacing with the Punch of the PW coming in at 108 yards to fill the gap from 100-125..... and I still have the 64 Degree in the bag.
Ya I considered that but what bothered me was that gap you're covering with the punch. 110 -115 coverage bothers me. From what I've learned using the 2 lower CGs I very much like the way the landing is very controllable and the way they handle choking down-very predictable. The CG115 fits right nice there (for now.)
I also like the way the CGs punch so my plan is to see what kind of revamp of the short game I need without the 64 degree first. So far, at CCC, the way the sand and rough is, it looks like it won't be a huge problem. Maybe not as easy as with the 64w but definitely fun to try.
A major plus with these irons is that little 1/2 dot extra in forgiveness. Swings missing by a pixel or 2, sometimes more, don't deviate as wildly as the i15s did. This helps with the fast meter which, incidentally, is like Icon said-a bit slower than the i15s.
LOL @ JaLaBar :-D
