I would like to see some diverse courses added to our small but engaging list of full playable courses. Here are some thoughts...

    1. Pebble, just has to happen WGT...
    2. WHISTLING STRAIGHTS, clearly a difficult mix of ambiance and skill...
    3. Royal Lytham & St Annes, great track, tough greens, DUVAL!!!
    4. Pacific Dunes, speechless, SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
    5. Brandon Dunes, a little of the same as Pacific Dunes...
    6. Muirfield Village GC, Jack's best design, need I say more
    7. Arcadia Bluffs GC.  Played it, loved it, adore it, I'm simply in awe of it's majesty.
    8. TPC Sawgrass, Island green, "."
    9. Muirfield, wild
    10. Forest Dunes, played it, has little of everything, beautiful...
    11. Carnoustie, solid as they come

Let me know what you all think here are a couple links...

Well, Lytham St Annes and Muirfield are the next two British Open Venues after this year so they should be both here by 2013. Pebble Beach doesn't come around on the US Open rota until 2019 so we'll be waiting for a while on that one.  Basically, we're gonna be getting US Open and British Open venues from WGT and a varied assortment from Trugolf which I'm not that bothered about. I know people say it's been done to death elsewhere but a WGT production of Sawgrass would be epic on here. So too would Augusta but that's not realistic.

They should add the Imperial Golf Klub(Yes it is a K) from Kuala Lumpur it is the best course.

Thracian(think i spelled that right) Cliffs....would be an amazing venue for this game.

If ya don't know it check it out...always a pressure shot, as every single hole(of both courses) borders the cliffs over the ocean.

Carnoustie will come up eventually via the (British) Open, although maybe not all that soon. (There is a separate thread on Carnoustie.)

There have been about a dozen threads like this.  I would suggest that no course not used for the PGA tour, US or British Opens probably don't deserve to be on here.  Everyone has their favorites but what might be a great course to you might be a goat track to me.  The tour courses are pretty much tried and true.  I would start with that list and knowing that we are getting the US and British Open courses as the tournaments are played there, take courses like Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Carnoustie, etc. off your list.

Harbour Town, Sawgrass, Torrey Pines, Colonial, etc come to mind quickly.

Some great courses from the Continent, or from Japan, Australia, etc., would help bring the "World" to "World Golf Tour."

I don't know about that tarheel, I have seen some pretty crappy pga tour courses as well.
