  Does anybody have an idea when Congressional will be available for Country Clubs as a tournament option?

  No it doesn't. He was just saying that [at that time] the only way to access Congressional CC was through the USGA Menu.

  it says congressional is a special course and can ONLY be played through the usga menu  so i guess i take ONLY as being a NO Go

  Wasn't Oakmount like this until the end of of the us open. I bet it will be like the others once the the open is finished georges will be the same i bet.

  Congressional is available for Country Club Tournaments now.
