  Alright, enough is enough already WGT... Do something about the 3Wood accuracy. Even the most expensive clubs in the inventory is a joke in this respect - it's honestly a guessing game predicting where the shots end up, even on a ding. Please get this sorted out because it's the only unpredictable club and can really screw up a players round.

  Some players complain about the BB lvl 89 3W as having its own mind........

  But in fairness, isn't that like real golf? This game needs more inconsistency IMO, not less.

  I had that club for a while. But had to get rid of it. For me, it was a very unforgiving club. While I hit some great shots with it, I also hit some really ugly ones.

  Funny isn't it?

   

  The only time it doesn't go into the water or the brush or a trap, etc., is when you have no chance of getting it on the green....seems the circle of precision is a bout 50 yards for that club;)

  I guess there are exceptions to every rule - I've had the BB 3 wood for quite a long time now and have found absolutely nothing wrong with it. It goes where I aim and distances are reasonably consistent. I certainly wouldn't change it for anything else now. 2 double eagles with this club is, I believe, proof of the pudding.

  I must admit I've been trying to avoid using my 3w of late for very inconsistent shots

  Yeah they need to be careful IMO but they have always seen it differently......

  Drivers that really can't ever miss a Fway and 3 woods wandering more is out of balance.  Arguably the 3 woods are now not keeping up with RL tech for distance...................

  Tough one as the balls here are velcro, fways soft, 99.999% of approach shots get hit from Fway and the greens so receptive to velcro........But ball sales.........

  This is one of the few (potentially) easy fixes that can really bring this game closer to the strategy of real life.

  90% Fairway -- a bit unrealistic IMO.

  I love my BB level 89 3 wood; but then again I usually ding it. Last shot with it was 3 feet away to back pin on Andy's 17 into a 20 mph headwind in an AS game. It stops better than a 3 iron with full backspin and distances are consistent.
