MainzMan: Have they had tech guys working on this the entire time?
In my opinion....no....for the simple reason it does not affect revenue. They have probably had someone looking at it, but the "fix" is not a priority.
I am not a computer whizz, but what I don't get is, before you roll out something, you back it up......then if the new release has issues, you revert to the backed up file....not rocket science, but then again.....where is the QA program in the first place.
But I suppose then it would have meant a clash would have been skipped.......back to revenue.....
If Romax and MM are right.....then getting some decent tech guys is long overdue.....the current crop are obviously incompetent.
