Can't express how frustrating it is to consider upgrades. 90% of the time, I just leave the pro shop and just say screw it! If you guys want to sell something, I'd advise you to remodeling your shop.
Two main suggestions:
First, could you fix it, so that when we look at a possible upgrade and we back out, we don't go back to the top of the category page, ie balls. Bring us back to where we were. I don't shop balls anymore, too frustrating. Same with most of the other equipment groups. A person can only scroll so many times, before they give up.
Second, let us compare equipment that we are considering against our currently equipped items. You presently do it with the edit apparel function. Would like small "compare" boxes next to equipment being considered. Then when we complete our search there would be a "check comparison" box that we can tap which will compare our current item, say driver, against the other drivers we are considering and have checked the box to compare. Now, it is way too frustrating to bother with an upgrade. Especially, with the damn scrolling issue. Why bother.
I suggest that if you want to sell something out of that shop you need to improve retail operation.
