To be blunt, if I can see a big bubbly banner celebrating that I landed on the fairway, I can also see my ball is on the fairway.

This celebration of every shot I take was just a goofy annoyance up until the club clash started.

Now it's a serious hindrance.  I can't turn it off, I can't speed it up, I can't skip it, and it has turned 10 min clash rounds into 12 min plus.  It destroys the flow and frustrates players who participate in club clash by slamming as many rounds in during a 4hr clash as they can.  Many players in the CC I'm in do this, and all of them are complaining about this.

As a motivation to WGT to address this problem of slowing down play, I would like to point out that many in my club purchase gold coins, and they use these gold coins to purchase CC passes during club clashes, and by reducing how many rounds we can play you're also reducing how much gold we are spending.  So this does hurt your pocket book.

Yeah it’s annoying and a waste of time. What next? Starts and bubbles on the screen celebrating being on the green?

    kinda cheesy.

We are not the target audience for these, ahem, "enhancements".  A few of us got blasted for complaining about the pop up when you go to add backspin (to buy the effects)  because "it isn't bad", "doesn't slow anything down", and "we're being too sensitive".  That little delay still drives me nuts from time to time.

And these new graphics are 100% cheesy.  If you can't see the ball on the screen, ummm, that is a rendering problem for the game!  And we all know THAT can't possibly be right  *tongue firmly in cheek*

Gold coins, they are referring to credits.

I beg to differ. You buy the credits with real $. I show coins AND credits on my profile on the mobile. You can buy coins with real $ but I never have and have a bunch. They don't spend in the Pro Shop, though.

Then you're being cheated.  On the mobile screen, top right hand side, is there not a gold coin next to the amount of credits that you have?  When you play a clash or what ever, with no passes available, does not that gold coin pop up asking you if u want to buy a pass?  That image of a gold coin represents one credit. When you tap on that it will take you to an area to purchase credits, that image of a gold coin is there, right by the credits you are purchasing.  When you purchase something from the pro shop, the number next to the coin reduces by the amount of your purchase, does it not?
