    el3n1:
The other top end ball of choice used by many in ready go's the L90 Nike rzn black is no longer available either unless you want to spend more and since the top players are already winning their credits and not buying them, it won't phase them much...I believe the closest replacement to it is the L70 titliest and I think it is around 175 credits more...but there is an even bigger jump if they now start playing the top end titliest...but close to a 1000 credits is pretty salty...

This is the Clone. Same Price

that is the clone of the L90 Nike Platinum not the L90 Nike RZN Black...there were two at the L90 level and they were different and cost different amounts.  But thanks for pointing out this regarding the "platinum" ball, which to my knowledge is not as popular as the other with the top players.

btw, I don't really play either of these two ...just too expensive to replace on a regular basis...I was pointing out that what appeared to be two very popular balls the L71 Nike at 450 credits and the L90 Nike RZN Black at 700 credits do not have direct replacements, which will likely lead to increased cost for some players.  There are some close options but they will cost more or you can choose to drop down to a slightly lower spec ball.

the most I tend to spend is around 450 maybe 500 credits but I try to play the lowest costing ball that I feel I can play competitively with.  On mobile, I won't use anything more than the L13 Srixon because the circus sponsor apparel gear boost the performance of all your equipment so you can get by with a lower end ball.  On the PC/desktop the Srixon balls just don't play as well in heavy winds.  You can still play them for casual rounds and still use them under reasonable conditions, but the faster the greens and the stronger the winds, often forces you to look at a higher quality ball to still shoot competitive scores consistently.

I'm hoping for a 4-day special like wgt had at Thanksgiving, with a free sleeve for each 2000-credit purchase with the free sleeves being an intro to a couple of the TP5's and a couple of the Titleists. Would like to try them out and maybe buy long-term. . . . .

DonCaron, these are the specs for the Nike RZN platinum Level 90 that I've been using.  I appreciate the fact that this is a clone for same price, but I'm level 91 and don't appreciate having to work my way up again to level 95 to buy the equivalent ball I've been buying for the last two years.  That will take me at least a year to do and if that's the case may call it quits when my supply of Nike balls are gone.  I feel the equivalent Taylormade should be able to be had at the same Level 90 as the Nike's were.

Would be nice if the prize money in the tournaments went up as well.  Not much point in entering a tournament and finishing outside the top 20 and collecting 5 credits if your lucky, doesn't even cover the cost of a low priced ball, let alone the top priced ones.

    duffputt:

Titleist LVL90 975 credit pr sleeve is sold as 5,6 distance and 5.2 spin.

    U get 5.5 distance and 5.1 spin

    Meter is 4.5 as promised.

    Get it fixed WGT

I noticed this after splurging just to try a sleeve.   Also, the free L0 Titleist that I got today for logging in is different in game client specs than proshop specs.

I submitted a bug report yesterday, and just contacted customer support.  Will see what they say.

Same 'ish), conversation / sentiments was / were around in 2013 when the Max balls @ $6 1st came out...

( most expensive balls then )

We all get used to paying for our pleasure, over time..

Still pretty cheap entertainment WGT, imho

Edit....and thought the same^^^^^ even before I could win enough credits to make it free..

( not that I bother trying very often still )

    Andy

    +1 Andy.

They'll say we'll get it fixed, and thanks for pointing this out I'd imagine.  :)

So who thinks we'll get Titleist clubs here further down the line?

I've always wanted a set of Titleists in real life. They'd probably be more expensive here though :-)
