  On a serious note I wouldn't lose to much If any sleep If someone leaves, Either they were not a right fit for ye or they don't know what they are looking for & may regret leaving ye.

  I wouldn't spend a lot of energy on it. It's just not worth it. 

  Yes indeed.

  Also consider that sometimes people join a Cc and find out it's not for them.  Don't take it personally people gotta find what works for them.
