I agree with Luckystar as to splitting the Champs and New TC is by Credits won this will divide the teir at a STBD amount this will open all the credit tournements for Champs open to a lot more players cuz the now Champion credit vacume crew take's them all... LMAO. But it is time for this over due say many, do something with all that money your ( WGT ) getting from all these dumb commercials, get new course's not more bounuses for the CEO and his crew cuz it is not being used for the game..

    Enjoy your VACATIONS WGT Team

Do you really think that wgt, would ask their programmers to actually do all that, and every month?  Lol   If they had the time to do that, maybe ability too, we'd have flagsticks? I have a feeling, "if" we get the tour champion tier, it's going to be avg. blah, blah, blah, same as all the rest, because it would be the simplest thing to do!  Please the troops, spend the least amount of time and money, the model business plan!

Ok so just stick to the virtual tour  that we have now. What i'm saying is though that players should earn the right to be a Tour Champion. Not by earnings or average but by doing it in tough conditions when the pressure is on, and then have to play well to stay there or be moved back down to Champion.

I remember when the Tour Legend tier was introduced. Lots of Legends were saying we need a new tier because they couldn't compete. Then after that it was Tour Legends that couldn't compete so the Champion tier was introduced. Now a few years later it's happening all over again.

When I first started this game, I thought that the Champion tier title, was like an illusive dream.  But I didn't care, because the game was a great time waster.  My friends that introduced me to the game, only played practice rounds, and coin games.  Naturally I just followed suit.  It was alot of fun, and tiers meant nothing, for these games, I went to the master tier, just in coin games, but it didn't matter, til I was introduced to a cc. I learned alittle more about different aspects of the game.  But I really didn't care, I just loved the coin games, so I kept playing them. Mix in a few cc tourneys, and bingo, next thing I knew I had been promoted to tour master. It meant nothing, except that I had to keep upgrading equipment, to reach greens, stay competitive, to win. The only thing different with tier advancement, was longer tees. Wind and green speeds varied from super slow to whatever. .  I thought that cc tourneys were boring, and with that thought, why play the wgt tourneys, if ones boring, so will the rest be!

Anyhow, now being a champion, does nothing but open the doors for lower tiers (no matter, what room you're in) to berate you, cuss and swear at you, it's crazy.  I just played in the Tokyo room, (we are in a war) and was paired with a tour pro, before hello could be exchanged, he started with " Why the hell are you playing in this room?"  What room am I suppose to be in?  Then the real fun started,  " all you champions, that come in here, should be banned, for taking advantage of us!" Really?   Just because I'm a champion?  Well take away that title, give me the title as "Golfer"  I'd be happy, even with a lower average.  With that,  I guess the old saying is true " careful what you wish for....................."

The only titles, that I have, that mean anything, are my house, and vehicles, keep the rest!!!!  ;^)

Lucky, check out the third thread on my wall lol. It was a multi accounter that was the same way. They did lock this account down but let him keep the other. I just quit going into Tokyo, even if it takes five minutes to get a game in the other rooms. As to the OP, I don't see them doing anything. Good luck everyone and enjoy what we do have here! Bring on the new course already please!!

There are some good points and suggestions... but I want to point out similarly to how averages can be manipulated, I have learned or discovered there are also ways to "somewhat" manipulate one's earnings as well.  So, basing promotions solely on "career earnings" can have some flaws as well.

For example, I only recently started playing ready go's because I didn't want to feel like I was constantly giving credits away to top players.  In doing so, I learned my "earnings" can be slightly "inflated" when you take into consideration that your "buy in" is often included as part of your "earnings" if you place high enough, but you can also "increase your earnings" even if you lost credits.

Another example, is that I have also since learned that any club over 10 members that holds in house tournaments where players are not competing against the larger WGT community also "increase their career earnings"... Now, if I am competing in a smaller select field and not the larger WGT community is the field equally as competitive?  IN some cases, yes and even more so, and in other cases it may not be...

My point being... there are multiple ways "career earnings' can also appear to be "manipulated" just like a players average can be lowered artificially playing red tee tournaments.

Why wouldn't they?  They've seemed to ask a whole bunch of people to bring us Wolf Creek -- programmers et al.

I agree that like averages career earnings are not always accurate. Country club tournaments might not be the biggest test so someone in a club with not many good players would win alot of credits this way increasing their earnings but not to the standard that some of the top 50 are at. People with 5,000 (half a mill) would need to be winning a lot each day for a long time. if someone is silly enough to waste money buying credits to enter the big ready go's just to lose money but still make credits even at a loss so they get up there, well they just deserve it, same with the silly people that play Red tee tournaments or are at level 200.....

As the top tier this could be pretty much hand picked, If they haven't got a mod with enough time to make a list and update on a monthly basis's well.... they shouldn't run a site. I mean its shocking they dont have some bigger tournaments that the mods run like the world cup etc.

Lol, I have not, as of yet, been privileged enough to wear that title!  But have had a few pretty choice ones put upon my head.   I usually just leave them with one thought, "if you can't afford to lose your coins, don't play in the higher rooms"  then I ignore the chat, and usually block them.

That's because the entire gamit of tiers are wanting another course, not just one.  It took them 3 days to set the game correct, over last clash prize glitch.  We still are waiting for other things to be fixed, ( for months now) , now your asking them to constantly, every month, change something? I can't imagine what glitches would await us! But, most importantly, to what gain, would it be to wgt, to do this?
