Actually, of the 18 replies, if you remove the 14 that are yours, the consensus was that it was a good idea.
Oh, it's a great idea. If you direct your attention to the search box you can see that it has been requested officially in the forum and acknowledged by Icon himself, also there is mention that it was emailed directed to WGT.
Not a new idea for a golf game as I know of at least 2 games that DO have this feature.
Let me just list a few threads from the past and below that are the responses.
Understand that I know it's a good feature (maybe the mobile app would have no issues)
but I'll put it out there to Icon iconian himself and ask "Do you think adding a spectator feature would have no affect on the gameplay?"
