I don't carry the clevelands, but as long as you didn't massively miss hit and would get a general idea... you can get a good "approx. number" from even the 1 hit you had versus going out and mapping 10-20 shots... it won't be perfect but this one hit will get you in the ball park...
So, by simply taking what you know your Cleveland punch for 60% is... say it is 28y if your ball went 24 before essentially stopping dead then the particular lie you played was basically 86% of the Normal punch mode.
in the future you identify the yardage you are looking to hit-- you take 24/.86 = 27.9
the other option is as Kenher suggest and that is multiply... 24 * 1.15 = 27.6...
they are both going to put you in the ball park to save par depending on green speed, slope, etc...
if you want to "perfect or dial in" the number so you could potentially hole out that shots versus getting close... then going out and finding a spot and mapping it for a more precise number obviously helps and is what I understand the best players in the game do... because after all they are looking for every small edge or advantage... so holing out shots from missed greens etc becomes possible because they start to read the green as well as if it was a putt after they identify their landing zone... those lucky hole outs become a combination of knowing their clubs and reading the green like a putt and is less luck for them as opposed to the rest of us who are just trying to get the ball close to save par and a big number...
