Couldn't give a toss about their policies.
It appears their policies are two faced. On one hand they take the moral high ground which okay is fair. But they also allow WGT to hide behind their terms and conditions which is cowardly in the extreme.
Many regular players have asked on at least 3 threads for WGT to explain why Mio has been banned. They have implored for hi reinstatemant.
Not a peep from WGT.
Instead they paint some GISD balls in gaudy colours and jump on the back of the baseball play offs. Then they send automated emails offering a sleeve of these for every $5 spent. So, another little money making exercise like the 2400 credit putter, and the spend $30 dollars Call promotion to finance it.
Still they give some dove balls out. So, we have circus US golf balls and dove balls for US players only. Maybe they need the dove products to wash their hands of real issues on WGT.
All the while we can all wait for another year for new courses. Yet, they can have loads of courses locked on the system and advertisement running for pebble Beach even though you can't play it.
All the while WGTs only response on this site is to point newbees in the right direction. They haven't answered a single question in relation to the ongoing direction of this site in months - new courses, equipment, tiers, levels, cost of equipment, surveys, survey scams. Nada, zilch, not a dicky bird, big fat zero.
If Starbucks had this level of customer service they would be selling their hot milk in walmart stores.
