First of all, I am not avoiding it, I read this thread daily. I have nothing to add, so what I can reply to you with? I alerted the engineers and they have it on their list but that's the best I can do. If I have more details/news I will post. In regard to your question...
I have no access to credits or anything like that, so I recommend you email members@worldgolftour.com and maybe they can look at it and see what can be done to fix the issue.
I understand you all are frustrated, I do, but until I have new, there is nothing else for me to add, except pass additional replays as needed.

Not in a long time have i seen such arrogance and disrespect shown by a representative of a company, who has been given the responsibility of dealing with its members.
To come back in here now and post a defensive and "i know nothing more" type reply is beyond me.
To state you are not avoiding and read this daily, but have nothing to add is arrogance personified. You have been asked specific questions, over and over again and you have chosen to IGNORE them. When questions get asked of your company, they deserve answers promptly. If you dont have the answers, you go and find them!!
This issue has been going on now for over 3 months... this thread was started at the beginning of September. For you to come back in now and say the Engineers have it on their list is BS.

This response from you was a good 2 months ago, you state that everyone is aware ... you state THEY are WORKING on it.

It certainly tells me and all others that read this thread that this is not in anyway being treated with the importance it deserves.
As far as my Credits go from the Ready Go tourney in which i was penalised by one of your "BUG" related shots... you said this..

You ask me to PM you to explain what happened... that tells me that you can deal with this issue. Now, almost a month later you are asking me to email someone else to sort the issue.... i have asked you time asnd time and time again about this issue.. YOU CHOSE to IGNORE it!! Now you are trying to offload it.
Tell you what WGTicon... get out of your seat... go and talk to someone and get this sorted, you took ownership of this when you asked to be contacted directly, something i have not done as all info needed reagrding my complaint is listed in my 11-1-2011 post, including a replay of the incident.
I am certainly starting to agree with Tanneralis over the fact that this may be an issue that WGT just has no interest in fixing.
After 3 months of complaining, replays and theories from your members... and all we get is.. "Its on their list"... what else are people to think??
Real answers, in real time frames are needed and expected WGTicon... NOT defensive, silly responses like your last.
