Spin Error on Drives

  WGTicon.... still awaiting a response re the 1000C entry to the Ready Go... all info you need in this thread that you have been reading so closely!!

  I apologize if this has been said already.... 

   

  When it happens ( I have yet to see/notice it)  wonder if maybe the balls durability is low (in the red).  

   

  Maybe its a breakdown in the ball.

  This really needs to be fixed, happened to me 5 times in 11 holes tonight in a mpc.  Two par 3s in a row, dinged shots 35 ft long, significantly lower ball flights than my opponent.

  No rhyme or reason to it, you can do the spin first, then aim,  aim then spin, pause after applying spin, you name it, no solution to it, still randomly happens.

  I for one am done playing MPC or multiplayer (aside from trying to maintain the hustle streak) until this is sorted out.

  Bollox... so pleased you have come in and said what you have.

  I hate to say this, but i believe we needed someone of your standing on WGT to get involved in this as your comments will carry far more weight than some of us.

  Btw.... WGTicon... STILL waiting for response over my 1000C entry??  Its been 10 days now mate... bad bad PR exercise.

  HEY WGT,     maybe you need to look at what all you done in July when you done  your wonderful upgrades that always gives the game some kind of new bug.   Maybe the upgrade when the burners came out????  MAYBE????? Never seen this STUPID BUG before then. I think that is exactly when it started happening...  btw, always happens to me on # 2 at CCC.  Wouldn't be that hard to get that one, play #1 & #2, if you don't get it then restart until u do, if it only happens in multiplayer games then 2 people need to get busy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         SORT THIS BS BACKSPIN BUG OUT

  I had this backspin bug happen to me on the 4th tee of congressional. Well you can guess the rest! Not a hole you want your ball flying low on.

  I counted 3 times this definitively happened to me during 2 rounds yesterday. Both were competitive rounds and one time it was a tee shot on a 193 yd par 3 with a 4i on Oakmont. There was an 11 mph wind from 10:30 (direction) and I hit the R11 4i with full backspin (which should have had at least a 15 yd impact on distance with that wind as well as a very high trajectory). The shot came out really low, went the full 210 and flew the green...ffs.

  IMO, this is so random, and has such a potentially profound negative impact on your round that it makes some formats almost unplayable (witness Bolluxinbruges stating as much in his last post).

  Just like they say on Monday Night Football's pre-game show....Come on man!

  Couldnt agree more Allen....

  eg.  Defending No.1 on the Guild ladder... +11 win streak, i persionally had a +10 win streak going as well.

  In a super tight match... AS going into 8th on Beth... 7mph wind from 8o'clock to 2 o'clock, hit my 195 club to 96% (188 yards) Full Back spin......... result?????

  11 yards long!!!!!!!!  cost us the hole, we lost the match!!!!

  Couldnt speak after the match out of anger that a BUG, that WGT is fully aware of, that WGTicon has said WASN'T a priority as they were working on the Skins format, cost us the No.1 plus the streaks we had going.

  Where is any form of response in the way of updates in relation to this issue.  Time to take this out of WGTicons hands and start bulk emailing someone who gives a ***!!!

  BTW WGTicon... am still waiting for YOUR response over my 1000C entry fee!!!

  OK that was an awful joke.

   

  Check out this thread. I need some players to report their findings. Let me know if I need to explain how to set up the situation further. (or if I've said enough)

  I get a spin glitch quit often, mainly when my mates put too much bacci in my weed...
