I have some further questions...
1. How much time is being seriously dedicated to this??
I do not know. I know that everyone is aware of the issue and that they are working on it. It may seem trivial on this end but it is much different as to finding what causes it. There many dozens if not hundreds of variables. Same was when we looked a the fridge issue.... there were dozens of variables and changing one would impact the other. It tooks weeks of actual testing and several month to fix it before even testing started.
2. Why are we not having a response from a proper tech with a proper explanation??
Engineers do not respond here. What would a proper explanation be when we do not actually know what exactly is causing it?
3. You need steps to reproduce it you say... What steps?? and who is making these necessary?? and again, how much time has been invested in this??
When something is broken, in order to fix it, we have to identify it first. To identify it, we have to reproduce it.
4. This thread has been around for getting on 2 months now.... why are you still giving the same excuse as you did on the 09/09/11??? Surely if serious work was being done on this you would be able to give us some true idea as to what is going on and what is ACTUALLY being done???
I did not give an excuse; I said how it was and until something changes, that is the reality. The thing is, everyone who says they encountered it, including me, none of us can reproduce it because it's random.
5. You say you are having this problem too... Why is a company that knows there is a problem, still allowing the game to keep rolling along, still happily taking money for balls etc..... WHEN THERE IS A FAULT????
Knowing there is a problem doesn't mean we can find it. again, we need exact steps on how to reproduce it as there are (as I have stated) many many different variables as to why it maybe happening.
This is not a minor issue. It is a more than regular occurrence and one that is seriously affecting the game. Its costing people real money!! and matches in highly competitive tournaments and Ladder sites.
When someone is giving the same excuses after 2 months, it tells me and all that read these forums, that no progress has been made and is not being made. Meanwhile, we see more ads, more silly products eg. Crap balls with Team names on them.
I am sure that all on here agree... We want REAL answers and EFFORT to correct this fault.
