I don't think a super score should raise any questions - they can happen. And super scores on courses with shortened tee's by players usually playing the course from the back should be expected.
The thing I've noticed with the game is that shooting a very low score can be done with the right equipment - on a good day. But there is a lot going on in the game that makes shooting those low scores repeatedly a statistical improbability. Random deviation, random winds, different meter speeds, buggy greens, being a server based flash game - hence the odd meter glitch. It is when an individual player can shoot super scores round after round, day in and day out that raises questions imo.
