I dunno, seems simple to me, use them or not?

Or did I miss the "You Must Use These Balls" email?

Oh, BTW, I can't recall the last time I used anything but starter balls for CTTH play...I wouldn't risk a 10cent sleeve of balls for a random drawing, but that just me...

Using Nike balls on Best of Water CTTH, is pretty much Russian Roulette with 5 chambers full, on every hole.

Cruel joke, WGT, very sick indeed.

me too Baggese, always use starters for CTTH, the plopping sound of hitting water always brings a smile to my face.

This has certainly put me even further away from competing in RG's cos I ain't spending real money on virtual balls that cost more than balls in RL.

I agree with your take on the price, but are you taking a shot at Autistic folks or apes? My son is Autistic, so I take offense at your comparison. I think you're point was made in the first two sentences.

Players who win all the rg or are high on them and wgtnot interested, because these players do not deposit money in cash, now that we are interested in the levels below, so that those *** balls to buy improve andglory, by wgt but my glory is in the laughter of my children to get home and it costs me $ 4.5, greetings to everyone and you try luck !!!!!!

I was gladly paying $3.25 a sleeve for Callys - yes, the Nikes cost an additional 41.6 cents each. What do you get for that>

    • 5 dots distance (1 more) - useful in headwinds
    • 4 dots spin (1.5 more) - stops every club dead w/ bs - except wedges now spin back that didn't use to - use sparingly!
    • 3 dots feel (1/2 more) - this reduces the meter speed 1/2 increment; for example the elite
    • Burners are now same speed as G10s. Upgraded R9 driver is same speed as 275 yd version, and is even more of a cannon no doubt (watch out R11s)

Seems reasonable to me for 40c/ about .003 cents per hit. Oh and I should mention that I am making shots that did not happen before with the same sticks.- basically the ball upgrades everything to an extent that is noticeable.

Buy them or don't - the choice is yours. For me, the game is more fun when you  rock it. lol

ok, so WGT touts itself as "the most realistic golf on the web"

if that's the case, the most expensive driver you sell is a $400 driver (IRL) for 1,695 credits.  a dozen of your most expensive balls are $46 (IRL) but since WGT sells in 3's, that is about $12 a sleeve, IRL.  So IRL, the nike balls are about 2.8% the cost of the R11 driver.  In WGT-land, a dozen golf balls cost MORE than your most expensive driver.

if you really want to be "realistic" why don't you consider pricing your balls in line with your other equipment.
