  Id love loch lomond. It is only 5 minutes form me so im being biased. Id also like gleneagles and wgt should get a coarse from every continent so there is more variety.

  A few top coarses from europe, asia, south america etc

  Also i think a good idea in the future would be a few coarses which no one has heard of, like just some random coarses plucked form nowhere for a laugh because at the end of the day a coarse is a coarse and they all have there qualitys .

  It would be well cool to have Loch Lomond.  It would save the £75,000 joining fee and maybe I could have a game with Clint or Sir Sean.

  with all this money there making on more costly equ. and all the facking adds there running you think they could afford to add a course every 3 to 6 months!!!!!! but no, the rich get richer and the pooor get poorer the american way right?

  With all of the new technology around now a days why could they just use some photography that's already out there like from airplanes for realtor pictures or from when they actually take pictures of the courses for their golf course brochures. Maybe even use some of the satellite imagery that google uses for their maps/direction finding. That would save a lot of time and exspenses in the long run.

  Have you checked out what it takes to make a new course?? there is a good story about it here in the forums with a few youtube videos. It isn't as easy as you think it would be. As far as using available photographs there aren't enough out there to even come close to what's needed if you think about all the different camera angles required to play a hole.

   Check it out you will be amazed at what goes into this.

  I hope I'm wrong here but WGT may not be continuing their association with the R & A. The Official British Open website contains a Longest Drive Simulation game which has a cartoony appearance and is most definitely not done by WGT. I may be barking up the wrong tree but there may not be any more Open courses being done. Hopefully WGT can confirm one way or the other very soon.
