Cabo Del Sol - WHAT A BLAST!

  This is my first post and I just had to get this out.

  Just finished playing the CDS Front 9 and what a ride it was. Tied my best result so far with a -2, even tough I managed on the 7th hole to have a double bogey! Had an easy eagle on the second hole, which was my third eagle all together.

  I was kind of skeptical about paying 40 c for a short round, and not in a way where I was being thrifty, but more like thinking 'why pay when there are great courses which don't cost anything'. All I can say is that everyone should try this course at least once! The bright scenery is mesmerising and the course is so rich in colour that it is just a spectecle in itself.

  Hope you try this course out. I was on way to shoot -4 or -5, which would have been just incredible, but even matching my best score was fantastic. Some of the shots I made...just incredible!

  I hate how it looks but you've got to love the course, such a shame it wasn't given the full WGT treatment. 

  I've only played it in RG's, you only pay the normal fee so effectively play it for free.

  It's definitely a great course. I don't see anything bad with the graphics, they're still much better than the graphics in Tiger Woods Online...just saying.

  Shot a 4 under par for my 18 hole round. The greens are quite diabolical so it's very tough to make anything over 6 feet, and there were many times when you had to make 3-4 footers that had a break where you had to aim outside the cup.

  Missed a lot of 10-15 foot birdie putts but also made a lot of 4-5 foot par putts to keep the momentum going. Tough pin location on the last hole.

  For me it was just a different feel playing this course after playing all of the available ones enough times. I guess just something new.

   

  Anyhow, I really enjoyed it and think 40 c is well worth trying it out. This doesn't mean I will be playing it everyday though.

   

  It would be fun for WGT to add something new. Guess we just have to wait and see.

  There is another TruGolf course coming in the next month or two according to the current roadmap. Wouldn't mind getting the full version of Harbour Town which we already have on here as a CTTH. TruGolf have it in one of their packages.

  I just played the front 9 and really liked it so I played the back 9,really like it also,was a nice change and fun,I would hope at some point the make it available without the charge of credits,I will do it again but not to much,don't want to use all my credits up on it so I can use them for equipment when needed,but I will be back.
