Nope, LOL, can't trust a Rapture 8I downwind,  I changed and went with a full 9 (125) which went 132.

Thanks for you're input Lee.  Waiting on Paul to post the result.

YJ, you're sayin' hit it a little late, which pushes it right.  If the ball is "always on the right with that wind" aren't you pushing it even more right?

That wind is pushing the ball left . Missing on the right side of perfect pushes the ball into it.  (Always on the right meant  never hitting on the left.)

@Lee-Very serious about hitting it there. If it dings, good-if it misses within that range it's an easy birdie putt. Trying to ding brings hitting early into the equation and that's disastrous in this case.

If I was to hit that I would aim 2 yards right and hit it approx 122 with full backspin and sd balls, which is a full 9 for me. I would expect to be very close from there.

The reason I asked the question in the first place was not for shots as you show. On this the shot you are playing is right to left slightly and the wind the same. I would expect it to drift in a couple of yards. It is more for shots where the angle of shot from avatar to green is severe and the wind strong from the side.

I have played shots dinged it and from my view of the screen the wind has been much more severe across my line, or does not affect my line when allowed for. Is this the beast or is my reading of the wind incorrect. I wonder if its worth asking the question of WGT because this is something that should be made perfectly clear.

I may get toasted for this but here goes…

The Photographic angle is shown in the window (main screen).

The Topographical angle of the hole is shown to the right.

The wind therefore relates to the topography.

This bears true now with the reverse green to fairway view.

There really would be no need for the hole snapshot to the right if this were incorrect.
