Watching Videos/ receiving credits

  Anyone else getting this. Been going on for at least two weeks. 

  

  Click on it and this is what I get.

  

  Rarely there will be a 2 view vid. Those seem to be working, just not many of them.

  I've started a new campaign to see if I can get the 5 credits that the Peanut Labs say that I get after I have been disqualified from their surveys.  This has happened several times and I have never received the consilation credits that they tell me I will get. Anyone else have this problem?

  many times, -35 credits so far,  emailed them and the response is always the same...'you did not qualify for the survey ,so no credits are due "...auto generated response, also emailed wgt and there response was that they had a high volume of email inquiries and would get back to me as soon as possible, 10 days ago...still all quiet on that front.

  Yep, I have a ticket in right now for two occurrences. Yesterday, I didn't qualify and didn't get the consolation screen. Looks like that is their fix. 

  Before they wipe your account, I'd suggest going to their tab, click help, my account. You should find this. Take a screen shot to back up your request to them, which can be accessed with the contact us option on the right.

  Yep. That 5 credits never worked. Many many times. I don't have problem not getting credit. But I hate when they promise things that aren't true.

  Since it had been several days, I sent WGT a complaint. This is their response along with mine to them. The email has been redacted somewhat. Just goes to show that WGT will step up and do the right thing.

  

  A check of my account shows the 10 credit deposit.

  Agree, I contacted wgt again and did receive a response, as well as a sleeve of callaways for the trouble..not sure if i will ever get the 5 credits for all the times I was supposed to...but it was the principal  not the credits that was the issue.

  I'm STILL owed 915 credits, most of them from nearly 2 weeks ago!!

  900 from 6 fully completed "Opinion Surveys" 5 for the Jess e J 5 credit Ad, 5 for the Renault 5 credit AD and 5 for the EIGHT AND A HALF minute long Fast Show 5 credit AD.

  Have emailed four times and no response, no credits, nothing. Have now given up with the "Opinion Survey" Still get the odd payout from the others but 915 credits owed is an absolute DISGRACE.

  Anyone beat 915 owed?
