Watching Videos/ receiving credits

  none of the watch videos have been working now for two days

  So now I am being asked for my gender and date of birth to get to the carousel, which I have no problem entering since I have done it a lot for the surveys and such.  What I do have a problem with is that it is telling me that I am an invalid user.  It was working fine yesterday.  Can anyone tell me why this is???

  i have been getting carousel view credits up but not the ones above the carousel which sometimes the amount of credits can vary between 2-7 credits. They have not being paid to me for about the last 3 days and I am in Australia. Roigh guess i have not been paid about 100 credits for watching them and they can last up to 5 mins viewing time

  What a shambles ! We did manage to get the carousel think working again over here, but now there's no extra views below it at all and only a couple above it. Maybe it's not broken again and this is the way it's going to be from now.

  Update..... it's now asked me for my d.o.b. which I gave them, but they're telling me I'm 'Not a valid user' ! To be honest, I wish I was 20 years younger, but what can you do ?

  The d.o.b. thing on the carousel usually goes away if you refresh the page a couple of times. If not, closing the browser (mine is set to clear cookies on exit) works for me.

  PS Nothing under the carousel here either.

  I know what you mean about the d.o.b. thing mate, but this was a new one, in the place where it normally says ' watch more videos, underneath'.
