Whistler, a gr8 course 2 play from tee 2 green.

Putting....doesn't make sense at all...even the shortest of birdieputts can result in a bogey. Big shame 4 such a wonderful course.

Please modify greens WGT, otherwise no play 4 me anymore....:-( :-(

    Cheers, GC

I have to agree w/ GoodyChamp on the greens performance on this course  (example ~ i have a birdie shot @ 2' 2" with no drop or rise..I putt 3' and it falls short of the cup ! not just on 1 hole either but on multiple holes--you need to correct this WGT !   Now with that being said i disagree with it being a gr8t course on here - I find it sub par in graphix  compared to the other courses that are free to play on here--which raises a good question? Why is there a fee attached for this course or Cabo for that matter??? Cabo's graphix look ta be 10 yrs old or more---jus saying---ok  enuff  ~ Anew

Hey boys, I think it might take longer than 1 day to learn the greens on Whistler or any other course. Whistler has much more elevation changes on greens than any other course we have so I think there might be a longer learning curve here. People have already put up some great scores on it so it is very doable.

Yeah agree. The greens are pretty tricky to read and most people won't know where the ideal spot is to approach the greens yet.

All i know is do not go above the hole on No.3. That putt was a complete nightmare. Was 31 ft above the hole and ended up being 54 ft below it when my ball finally stopped. Even then the putt up the hill had a crazy break too. But overall, a nice course.

It is a nice course, but most people won't play it due to the greens. I enjoy a challenging green every now and then, but when every single green is like putting for the first time it gets more than a little frustrating. To learn greens you have to play them often. In this case it would cost a lot of $$$$$. It's a shame really for such a nice course, but I won't be playing it unless it's free or modified. It's just not worth the money. Not sure how WGT is going to make any money from this course ....... I can't see it happening.

    Hi Anew,

What i meant with a gr8 course is the layout, or design of the course itself, not the graphics.

Whistler and Cabo are TruGolf courses which u can play on WGT. That's why the graphics are worse and you've 2 pay 2 play.

I agree cabo and Whistler - graphics not anywhere near as good. Looks like the fairways and greens and bunkers are painted - low definition graphics. No depth of feel. Not as good as an experience. Wont be playing again

    Dear GoodChamp,

that has also happened to me. i had a 3 ft putt and i knew what i clicked will go in. but it curved out of the hole and went all the way to the fringe. in the end, i bogeyed!

You don't need to putt on the greens. Just do this :-)

I agree some of the greens are tricky but learn where the best place to put your approach to and the low scores will come.

ps. you definitely don't wanna be high of the hole on number 12
