Quitting AGAIN

     I've started to Quit today, after 2 bloody hours on the phone to my Bank 6 times i was  put through to the wrong department. I gave up ( i'm a quitter, it hurts ).  I have a sheet of paper with 6 direct numbers, all wrong. What is going on with Banks today.

    Is it me or are there too many call centers, these centers are all over the world, people who have no idea what the hell they are doing and we are the one's who are paying.

    AHHHHHHH.  I'll try again in the morning.

    Call them back and say you want to talk about closing your account and moving your money elsewhere due to their poor service.

    Most effective if you have loads of money.
