    Your right it works a treat, got some compensation for my trouble. don't let um get away with it.

    Due to extremely heavy call volume, your call will be answered in the order it was received, average hold time is 31 minutes.

    You'd think!  But it didn't work.  So i closed the account and asked for it all in £20 notes, because I got as much interest keeping it at home under the mattress as i did with them.  But I then deposited it all at another building society further down the corridor as the interest rate was much better.  I felt sorry for the two girls who had to count it all out again.

    PS.  AT&T is so fking terrible, I have memorized the phone # to call AND my AT&T U-Verse account # !!!!   i call them at least once a month.....  i feel your pain.........
