Best of Courses Question

I took a long break and just started playing again. I noticed the Best of Courses. I played one of them in stroke a few minutes ago to try and get some new trophies.

After my round was over the course was blacked out. Do I only get 1 shot at playing the course and getting the best trophy I can?

it shouldn't be. the best of course and the hardest of course is available to play in normal stroke or mp mode as many times as you want?

I didn't know how to copy and past a a picture so here is the link. As you can see The Best of Famous Shots is blacked out for stroke. It appears I can change to the course manually by cycling through courses individually to the right of the course boxes. Just is strange that I played it once and it blackout on me.

I don't know if you can help with this one or not, but I'm did not get my trophy for shooting a 62 or better on Congressional and St. Georges. I don't know about level points either.
