It's not for using capital letters, it's when only using capital letters for the entire post that I think is the problem.
- Cause disruption by hitting the return key repeatedly or using large images so the screen goes by too fast to read, using all caps to "shout", spamming, or flooding (posting repetitive text).
That's my interpretation at least.
As for the actual topic here, I have only played Whistler once, the one free tourney they offered when it first came out. (well, that's all I remember playing it) now I must play the front 9 just to see the 4th green lol.
