Geez, just put it away and do things privately if you feel the need. The laundry is dirty on both sides and looking a little cleaner now, so leave it that way. If the apologize, then what else are you looking for at this point? At this point it is old news. When someone makes that much noise, it tends to be ignored by the group you are trying to reach. This has been going on for close to a year and the ship has sailed.....give it a break!!!!!

What now? I'll stick around as long as a few real life friends want to play. I still have about 11 dozen assorted balls and a few thousand credits in the bank. After that I'll just play with the free "rocks".

My days of chasing credits through surveys and videos are over with this company. My hope is that they think often of the thousands of dollars their inability to say "We're sorry for the way we treated you" and the failure to make good on a bad survey or two a year is costing them.

I will say "I'm sorry" to the many people who would have received balls and equipment as gifts from me. I'm sorry I won't be helping you begin or continue your WGT experiences but this company lacks the customer skills and integrity to support it any more.

bbqdog61 - The fact is they have NOT apologized, either publicly OR privately. They believe in treating the customer poorly IN PUBLIC yet they are not willing to apologize IN PUBLIC for it. The employee who indicated he/she was willing to apologize in private never followed up and actually did so.

No, the ship of poor customer service and treatment has not sailed. WGT continues to fail when it comes to those issues.

You've expressed your opinion. You know what this thread is about. If I choose to keep the issue open you can simply not open it and read any more about it.

On the other hand, in the last 6 months I have filed 17 complaints through the proper channels not  WGT customer service, and received the credits 16 times out of 17 filed....

I was going to start a thread demanding an apology from wgt for the 1 I didn't get and boycott the ads, pro shop, and tournaments if I didn't get it in a timely manner, BUUUTTTT, I'm cool with 16 out of 17 and I would rather have some fun instead of stressing out .

That's good, fatdan. One survey was not the only issue here, just one was used as an example illustrating an instance where WGT should back up their customers when we had gone through the proper channels, we were the subject of a fraudulent or malfunctioning survey and the survey company refused to do anything about it for any of us.

Out of the 16, did you have to supply a screen print of any of the surveys in question? Taking a screen print of every single survey you do just in case one might not pay out is something that should not be necessary. That you have to do screen prints is an indication  the process is bad enough it needs to be repaired or changed.

Maybe, just maybe, some of the survey companies have received enough complaints that they are now addressing the customers much better than they were 2 or 3 years ago. I admit I haven't done any surveys in over a year and a half.

I'm not stressing out over this. The survey issue is pretty well settled and WGT is obviously not going to apologize for their poor treatment in this thread. They clearly don't want my $30 a month in pro shop purchases and I have a lot of time to pursue other endeavors.
