    srellim234:

iZombie - Thank you for what you have done.

I wonder if the co-owner will also hold the employees accountable for their lies. Besides the commitment to check on something and return that wasn't fulfilled by WGTadmin, now we're presented with a new one from WGTdbloshoe.

I can only guess at four reasons for Shoe to say WGTadmin was no longer with the company:

    1. Shoe took it upon himself to lie trying to get me to stop persuing this.

    2. Shoe was asked to lie and did so to try to get me to stop persuing this.

    3. Shoe was ordered to lie and did so to protect his paycheck.

    4. Shoe was told the lie by management and passed it along believing it was the truth at that point, again hoping I would stop persuing this.

I hope that co-owner will actually do something to change whatever culture has led to this type of behavior by the employees. Customers deserve better than this.

You know just maybe the Admin that is here now is NOT the same admin that you talked to almost 9 months ago! People leave jobs and other people take their place and maybe he used the same ID. Think bout it instead of acting like 2 year old children!

B2B - Your "Words of Wisdom" apply to you as well. You have absolutely no access to the parts of the communications I've had with WGT that are being kept confidential; all that's been disclosed is that they are happening and they are ongoing.

IDs are not being recycled here.

    srellim234:

    WGTdbloshoe:

The gentleman who you originally spoke with is no longer with the company.  There is no way he can personally respond.

    - WGTdbloshoe

    WGTdbloshoe - Then explain THIS:

    May 07, 2015

Still waiting for the explanation, Shoe.

WGTdbloshoe - Please don't make this continue on for another extended period of time. The statement you made calls your credibility into question every bit as much as WGTadmin's. He still hasn't apologized for and/or explained his failure to act on a commitment. Are we to expect the same treatment from you? Is it truly the company culture? Make any statement to the customers to try to quiet them, even if it's not the truth?

I did not intend to continue bashing WGT employees when the private contact messages finally started. I even made a statement in this thread to that effect, thinking a minor amount of openness and honesty might actually happen but I guess I was wrong.

    Customers deserve better.

Well WGT - here it is over 300 days with stll no resolution.Sure shows what your company is made of.

It looks like you are getting kind of desperate in offering "3" Nike ball for purchsing 2,000 credits (or more). Monies coming in must be getting kind of scarce. (Maybe not even enough to pay wages).

I for one have have not spend any monies, purchased any equipment (including balls) or have not even played a game for a couple of weeks.

Either address your issues either by repairing them or at least let your customers know that it is beyond your abilties.

Well then!!! If the WGT Corp. goes bankrupt and suddenly goes offline we will know who to blame....could you at least buy a sleeve or two so they stay afloat until after the Open?
