I have received an email from someone in WGT management who I will not name regarding this issue. I will bump this thread to keep it alive but I won't continue bashing as long as I believe these discussions may actually lead to some improvements in the survey and payout process.

I still strongly believe that management has a responsibility to respond here on some of the things they are doing to help. Hopefully someone in management will see their way to at least acknowledge publicly that something is (or isn't) being done.

IMHO, it's a success that you recevied SOME reaction.

But, the Hold-your-Tongue Tribe from Bay Area has a strong record of keeping silent and NOT answer to any unwanted subjects. Well, they didn't even answer to some questions and enquiries they have posted themselves...

And, as you may know, they are WGT, so hope is futile.

    Good luck mate!

    Silly thread actually!

If I own a Pet Supply store and I lease space to a groomer who seems perfect in every respect, but then he starts  screwing all his customers, doing terrible grooms on pets, makes no effort to make it right which makes my store look bad, there isn't anything I can do about it until the lease expires...

Same thing here...like they said twice, they have no control over PL's....I sympathize with you, but it is what it is....

LMAO This is the best Dead Parrot Sketch Pet Shop Comparison ever -

Sigh Mr. Fat Dan. Always a shame when people say something is silly when they in fact look like the silly one -  You forgot one crucial bit in your Dead Parrot Sketch Pet Shop comparison  that makes this thread a not so silly thread. Let's finish your comparison to see what you left out shall we?

And as that pet store owner,  you decide to ignore all the said screwed customers for almost a year because you bury your head in the sand and refuse to apologize for your own screw up. Last I recall, it's called taking responsibility.

I guess you missed the subtlety and nuance of the point of this thread - in that saying something in complaint when you get screwed over isn't silly at all.  I think it's fairly obvious  and to be honest warranted.

WGT should apologize and engage with this customer .

Out of curiosity.. when did you receive that first email?

After I first read this thread, I decided to find the co-owners Twitter and tweeted him about it. Wondering if that had some effect.

WGT saying they have no control over this is ridiculous, and just plain silly.

No company anywhere would enter into a blind contract.

Give us X amount of dollars and do what ever you want with no recourse? Really?

Sigh WGT let me show you how hard it is:

    Dear SRELLIM

We acknowledge that our staff member made you a promise but unfortunately he has now left the company.

All we can say has already been said in earlier posts and we cannot be reposnsible for these third parties when advertising, but we have taken on board the lessons learned in dealing with 3rd parties that may affect our customers' experience. In the spirit of good will and positive customer care may we offer you a sleeve of balls of your choice and we hope that you continue playing golf with us here at WGT.

(Here's the usual line I've had before which basically means don't make our mistakes public even though we ignored you in private - WE HATE THAT)

Thanks also for taking the time to point out your issues about our customer care and offering feedback. We value it. In the future however, may we ask you to communicate your grievencs in  details to the customer care email ; wgtcustomercare@internetsblackhole.com

Nonetheless, I'm sure that is all SRELLIM wants. I love WGT the game - shame about the people who work there that dont.
