    Solarflares:
I don't think anyone has ever worked-out that 100 players can win the event by scoring only bogies - using all the allotted-time available , and still using 8 hours in the middle for sleep.

Yes, this can be done, but NOT ONLY via free passes.  Those 100 players would have to buy CC Passes at 37 credits per non-stop during their waking hours.  As has been stated over and over, the Clash is "bought" not "won thru superior golf by a better CC".

What was expected was a manner for two CCs to play vs. one another in a fair match.  In a clash a CC with 250 members can be pitted vs. a CC with only 25 members.  How can that even begin to be fair?  If WGT allowed ONLY 1 CC Pass per player on a set roster of say 20 players, then a clash would be fair and then, and only then, would "THE BEST" CC win.  So all of us with any sense know that the CC Events, aka Clashes, are nothing more than a CASH COW for WGT and mere pleasure for the feeble minded.

Not only that, but you actually achieve less XPs per CC Pass when you play in the clash vs. playing a 9-hole CC tourney.  This means it takes longer to level up.  WGT really has a bunch of folks brainwashed.  If those clash players used their free or purchased CC Passes for playing their own CC's tourneys then they'd be level 100 as players before they knew it.

Again, WGT is great at brainwashing (some) people.  I think they subliminally see this video during clash play.

This discussion is kinda like organized religion

    Agreed.

Religions have mythical sky fairies and the WGT clashes have the golden fleece.

In my humble opinion it is all about how many members you can get to use their FREE PASS and nothing whatsoever to do with the negative posts that some frequent users of this forum voice an uneducated opinion.

Did you try the "experiment".  Any actual calcs yet disputing any of the "uneducated" math above??
