They should change the name of the event , They should call it the Georgian event # 20 .. LOL

As long as people keep buying dog poop , they will keep selling it !

OK, this was a format that all Country Club owners wanted, Shoe set it up with an idea that WGT would find acceptable. However as i think you will all agree the prize ratio and some other aspects need addressing, this will come in time by positive input from posts and not from your ever boring and obvious statements.

    No, it really isn't.

What was wanted was a format that allowed CC's to compete against each other. One in which the team playing the best golf would win, this set up that was foisted upon us all couldn't be any further away from that.

The complaints have nothing to do with prizes (pitiful as they are) but about the fact that the golf scores have NO effect on the outcome and a win can effectively be bought.

I am sorry if you find me and my comments boring and obvious , But I am not going to argue with you or any one else , I don't blame WGT for doing business

Like I said, If people keep buying it, They will keep selling it ,

I respect your choice either way .  And I wont call you boring or obvious or anything else .

    Good luck sir !

And --- I was a club owner for a year and now I am co-owner  , No one ask us .  so your statement is just not true , Not all club owners wanted this ...

I can only speak for our CC  and I will say that every time there is a cc event it causes problems within the club , Because it puts us on different sides , Some of the members want to play and they think we all should play , Other Members say its a bunch of crap .   So it causes problems and that's not good in my opinion .   We are suppose to be unified and on the same team , and we are EXCEPT during a cc event ...

This discussion is kinda like organized religion. Either you're into it or not, don't knock another person about their beliefs unless they start forcing them down YOUR throat.

Changing subjects, avoiding to answer objective statements, neglecting information that proves your arguments wrong - that's the kind of "discussion" of those who have no point at all.

It's boring to see that you can't even answer which "benefit" it has to you and your CC.

    shovlovin:
However as i think you will all agree

No I don't. Spare me of these false generalising statements!

What are you dreaming at night?

We've had so much patience, and in general, nothing changed. Starting from different prizes "coming soon" to obvious faults which were never admitted and are still around (e.g. zero points in clash games), there hasn't been any display of willingness from their side.

They are WGT, hope is futile!

Well lets just rely on Finny`s comp for that Paul, and let others feed the cash cow.

Saying that we all use a lot of balls in these inter cc friendlies and world cup, hope WGT are grateful..........least send a sleeve to Finny ;-)

Each to his own, as I said before.

But, to start a discussion with an arguable position and to blame any differing argument as "boring" etc. is nothing but weak and puts any false pretense close to lies.
