    cycle1979:

Stop complaining about people quitting everyone.  Options:

    1) Play for credits... if they quit you atleast win some credits for your trouble.

    2) Join a Country Club... I promise you that fellow CC members are much less likely to quit and it will also give you something to talk about when you play.

    3) Play with yourself....  I have a feeling those that are complaining do that alot or.... don't do it enough...

    1. Not allowed by state law.

    2. Am a member of a country club, but do not maintain a list of members on my sites friends list as it interferies with my 99.9% good play on my equipment/connections.  As I have noticed on your profile page you do the same thing for the same reason, HYPOCRITE!

    3.  I do often play rounds, blitzes, ctth, when I do not have time, or engery to play a 9 hole game.  I personally find that I enjoy the chat and interaction of other players as I play a round to be much more enjoyable than to play alone.

May I make a suggestion, before you make entries on the forums that you do not throw rocks if you live in a glass house.  MY NICKLE.

That would mean  implementing many factors into a buggie game . My Thought is to remove just 1 factor. The end game button. But yes . There diffidently needs to be something done . Anything would be better than nothing at this point .

Great idea.  Keep them attached to the game until its conclusion, and award the full points.  If WGT charges you with the full amount of useage of your ball, you should get full points for the play.  Your idea, and I fully concur.

WGT should have a window that appears when someone clicks the red "x" to quit, and doesn't use the proper channels to leave a multi-player game.

The window could not be clicked closed and will remain open until a choice is made by the quitter. When the quitter clicks a response in the window, the other players will be notified that a player is quitting and the quitters name can easily be recorded on the other players' do not play list.

WGT has a "block player" option, why not have a "do not play this player" list? And the quitter would be blocked from any future multi-player games with the player who puts them on their quitters list. Have a simple drop down menu to add a quitters name to the list.

    Reputation tracking at it's finest.

A resonable solution to an unreasonable problem.  Well Done!  Free this time.

    Ok,

You guys need to back off,

I know I've played many games where I've started, then remembered I had to met a client, or see my boss etc.

    Life Happens.

If you have enough intelligence to manage your time, and a good enough memory you do not have to excuse your inabilities to those others you left on the fairway, because of the inability to remember things, and manage your time well enough.  Now as to playing this game at work or during a period of time in which your boss is paying your wages, commission, etc.  I'm quite sure that person would not appreciate your doing so.  Life does not just happen.  Things do take place that are not planned, and a person must address them to the best of thier abilities, but take a short moment to enter the chat and say perhaps " srry ermgcy must leave!"  a small statement to that effect would, could, do wonders for interpersonal relationships on this golf game site.  My long winded nickle again.

    Ok,

Firstly, I work from home, and do not play while I am working at all(tried it once and it didn't work)

Secondly, the 3 times I left from a game was because my dad had a stroke, and I needed to see him A.S.A.P., and the other two were again personal reasons. Don't know why I put many times, because I've done it once.

Don't go after me until you have enough information to make an intelligent post.

Your orginal post it was said you had to leave games because you forgot to be somewhere or to see someone.  That seems to me to show that you have little reguard for scheduling your leisure game time within the necessary time span that is available to you.  Sorry for your fathers illness, but it could have taken all of 5 or 6 seconds to sign off out of a round, But only if you cared.  You did not indicate anywhere that you had done this.  By your ommitting this information I am left to conclude that you did not.  I think there was enough information for me to make the statements I did without challange, I still think so.  My Nickle yet again.

I always tell people that I need to leave, and why.

    99% can understand.

to bfghd:  I like that you are responsiable and inform your other players of your inability to finish the game.  Good manners will always win out!  Thank you.  my nickle.

If you give out too many nickels they won't be worth as much..  I'm thinking your comments are more like 2 cents now... economics my friend
