Hi Robert. Play the shot with your wedge and play a punch shot. It will only work when you use the punch mode. Practice will get you the distance you require to get back to the hole. Good luck.

I believe this is the cleveland level 80 (60 yard wedge) full shot

    100plus:

    100% 64 ( 60 yrd wedge) on green= 91 FT

    90% 81FT

    80% 68 FT

    70 % 57 fT

    60 % 48 FT

    50% 38 FT

all % below 50 putt it

    Trev

I've never tried it myself, but have heard that you can.  Good luck with it.

yes you can use a wedge on the green.say your 18 yards away. I use my 64 degree and shoot for 36 yards you pretty much double the yardage your given. experiment with it and see

First try during practice, about 24 feet using the RTX 2 cleveland 60 yard at about 43% power. Aimed a few feet right and it dropped. Likely some sort of bug.   /kappa

Chip/pitch on a green???  First of all why would you want to and second, would you do this on a real green???  Come on people focus, anyone doing this on any real life course would be very quickly shown the way to the parking lot and the same goes here.  Keep it real people!!!

For one, it's absolutely a legal shot in golf, frowned upon yes, but legal all the same.

    True.

As the OP said 'the road hole..by the bunker'..maybe it was a little like this (although maybe not exactly) :

(quote) Opting to putt instead of chip, this is what happened next:

had to hit his fourth out of the bunker before making bogey"

    ---

BTW I may only try a non-putt on the green 99.5% of the time, usually for reasons like above or just to practice a quick shot while mapping the results.
