I recommend you keep your approach shot right of the pin for an uphill putt.
I try to land my approach right and just a bit short of the pin, though the safest play may be right and a bit long to avoid the back side of that hump in front of the pin.
A somewhat long approach shot when the pin is further left is also desirable.
At St. Andrews, if a putt is downhill I adjust my putt distance (strength) in feet by 1.5x to 2x the downhill value. If the putt is 6 inches down I subtract 9 to 12 feet from the putt. distance. The more break in the putt, the more iIsubtract from the distance.
