wgt load error costing members $$$$$$

  I am writing this in thread form because I can not locate direct contact information to WGT credit controllers.

  I was in a skins game, my entry was 90 credits, and as I was teeing up on hole #1, and "UNEXPLAINED ERROR" occurred, causing me to be ejected from the game, followed by a  "CLOSE WINDOW AND TRY AGAIN LATER" message. When I did this, I was unable to re-enter the game in any form, thus being sent another message from WGT that the credits I wagered were forfeited.

  How is this fair? I lost credits due to a WGT error, not from being outpayed.

  Can credits be refunded? The people whom I was playing with said they would give them back but that is not possible either.

  Can WGT refund credits lost in  skin game due to a WGT error?

  I hate to complain, I love this site, the positives far outweigh the negatives, but to some people 90 credits is alot.

  Please send info regarding possibility of credit refund.

  Start there with a email  , And if I can add , Tell them what happend , Be nice about it , and thank them for looking into this for you ,

  thank you for your reply and comments. Someone from wgt has contacted me regarding the matter, and I am pleasantly awaiting further action from them.

  I feel your pain. I was in a Kiawah Ready Go tourney and was 8 under, with the back nine left to play, when the game refused to load. I had to forfeit my round. WGT gave me my credits back, but I lost out on winning anything in that tourney.

  I am happy to inform all readers that WGT as promptly refunded credits in question.

  Thank you WGT for your understanding and fairness. I have advanced to tour pro tier and  lost said credits in water hazards among  various courses. Any chance of you giving me back my sunken Nikes and Calloways...... didn`t think so...lol
