  On the earn free credits page it says.....Didnt receive credits? click for support.

  Though i guess the response will be wait 24 hours. Did it say confirms instantly on the offer?

  Or maybe you have to make an initial bet(stake)....then it will confirm.... try that!

  Did you get a confirmation E-mail from  prime cash cards casino if you did , contact support through the contact support button from which ever company you did the offer through and send them a copy of the confirmation E-mail. That should help you get your credits.
