    scottishbloke:
to be able to choose an area on the tee to place your ball. instead of centre every hole.

This was brought up in the loast 'Chat with MisterWGT' session.

His response was that WGT teeboxes are very narrow as it is and wouldnt make a difference.

After watching some videos recently of  top  players shots and thinking--Wow ! I would never had hit where they aimed and or used that spin etc, I had a thought.

If there was a way to see what the other player is hitting and where they are aiming it would be very informative and helpful.Of course I have no idea if there is a way to make the opponents setup visible during a game.Obviously it would have to be something that could be switched on or off similar to putter pal.

The top players who genuinely would like to help players who are struggling would welcome the provision to do so and.I believe a lot of players would then realize why they have been blowing shots and saying wtf so often.I play a bit with a very kind TL who will often advise what to hit and where to aim etc.I sometimes think the call is wrong, but do it anyway.95% of the time the shot works out !

Sometimes when i blow a shot my friend will ask --"what did you hit Bozo?" :) and when I tell her she will tell me what I "should" have done.I appreciate the help and try to remember for next time.

When playing in a match for credits or in blitz games this would give a huge advantage to the players hitting after that person.  So something like this probably won't be a option.

Well...... of course you are correct dbloshoe. That is why I stated {obviously it would have to be something that could be switched on or off similar to putter pal}. I didn't say why I said "obviously", because I thought it would be......... well --obvious.

Actually the advantage is for WGT. If the player that comes after uses the same amount of power and backspin and your freaking VEM screws the shot by 10 yards in any direction you have no ground to stand on, that is the truth. So far, WGT has the benefit of the doubt but when two shots are similarly executed and the results differ by many yards ... Pandora´s box gets open and WGT´s damaged reputation will suffer even more. Same for putts.

Common sense would dictate you are right, but you know what can be said about some people... Common Sense is not so Common.  Just wanted to point it out for anyone who would of missed it.

OK-----Got ya dbloshoe.I never took common sense into consideration (again) I can find videos to watch other players setup their shots.I think it would be great to play in a game and be able to see the opponent setup and discuss the reasons for that aim and spin etc.and also the outcome of the shot.

I bet alot of us could learn some new tricks in every single round whether playing with a TL of just someone who found a new approach to a difficult shot.
