  Maybe WGT need to include this as a stat for clubs : )   You're right about the R11s, I can hardly remember the last time I missed a fairway with it.  I've had many Oh s**t! moments where I've clicked way early or late but old Uncle Forgiveness has a word with the ball and everything gets sorted out.

  Ditto...That quote should be in the Pro Shop review section...

  Though it might make greater waves for those poor members on L89 :))

  No actually the 60 degree Cleveland flops to 29 with full B/S so I just used 1/2 B/S and almost holed it out for eagle.

  People seem to think just because the new R1 driver is level 98 and goes 3 yards further than the R11 drivers it'll help them compete with the best. The truth is the R11, R11s & the new R1 are not all that different distance wise.

  I won ready go's using the level 62 R9 from the legend tee's and that was plenty long enough to be able to compete. It's not the clubs that enable you to compete with the best, it's your ability as a player.

  This is very true but it won't stop people buying it though!

  I suppose there will be an R1 3 wood along in the not too distant future.

  Dazza you are one class act who would make a lot of equipment perform very well.  Just like IRL though many will never be that good.  They are good enough to get to Legend at say L62 or close and then have their game experience diminished because they can't get something a bit better for quite a while.  Not saying they should immediately get the L98 one but something a bit better a bit sooner may help them to shoot a little lower a little quicker and / or generally enhance their fun.  To me that is good for the game and therefore also good for WGT's coffers.  Lots of people say it so I say let them access something better a bit sooner..............not saying the R1...And also the very best players will stay the best because they are better players, no arguments there!
