How long is Merion #13 (par 3)?

No, seriously. How long is it? The posted yardage is nowhere near the play yardage, and I still haven't managed to dial it in; even when I play intentionally short I'm still long. Just now, the second time I played it today, it was playing 125 and I hit my 125-yard PW 128 yards into a 13 mph wind. Earlier I played a 95% 9-iron (into the wind also) and flew it into the bunker long.

What's the real yardage?

Or is it just that short irons and wedges off tees fly a bit far? If so, how much?

It depends what tees you are on of course but the official figures are either, 111, 118, 125 or 134.

Just hit a 135 yard 9-iron with about two "clicks" worth of backspin and it carried 135 and rolled up the hill to 136. Oh, and this was straight into a 14 mph wind.

essentially hole #13 par 3 at 134yds plays 4yds shorter than indicated, so approach its as if it's a 130yd hole .. and hole #5 par 4 plays 4yds longer on approach

It depends what day it is. There's 2 days in wgt land. Yourday and notyourday. Depends on what day wgt pick for you when you log on.

Like Mike said punch the default club which is the 8 iron and adjust the distance by using different amounts of spin. If the wind is in your face add a little topspin if it is at your back add a little backspin. Playing like that the distance is almost automatic. I learned the shot my watching YJ hit it in an A/S match.
